When will I receive my order?
Please allow a 1-2 business day time frame to process your order and 3-4 business days for standard shipping. HOLIDAYS EXCLUDED. We currently ship all our packages via USPS. Please allow a 24-36 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the www.USPS.com site from the time you receive your tracking information email from our team
Can LAWLESS LASHESS be returned?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged at general@lawlesslashess.com

I have received a defective item.
If an item may be considered defective, please email general@lawlesslashess.com indicating your Name, Order number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchased. If the product is deemed defective by lawlesslashess.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
Customers are responsible for the return-shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Address will be provided to returns that are approved. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. Please note, we only accept returns from lawlesslashess.com orders. In case delay, lost or stolen packages, please fill out a claim at USPS.com so USPS may try to locate your order as soon as possible. Once a claim has been filed please send us the claim information and we will wait on the results of the claim before proceeding forward.

How do I cancel an order?
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted.
How will a refund be issued with cryptocurrency payment?
Returned orders qualify for a refund in crypto. The refund will be issued for the full USD value of the order and processed at the cryptocurrency exchange rate when the refund is completed. Your refund will be issued through Coinbase using the email address listed on your lawlesslashess.com account.
